Prices per day of houses are indicative and are for single bedroom. May vary depending on the season, the number of rooms booked and days stayed.
To book a house with M&S Casa Particular Cuba just follow these simple steps:

1. choose a house among our proposals
2. Click on the red button “booking”
3. Fill in form with your dates of stay, number of rooms and people, as well as any other preferences
4. we will answer within 48 hours confirming availability of the house
5. at that point, if you decide to book, you will be required to pay for our fee to reserve the house
6. you can pay by bank transfer, paypal or recharge (the data will be communicated via e-mail).
7. When we’ll receive payment we will send you a confirmation email that you will need to print and deliver to the house owner. When you arrive to destination you will pay rest of amount directly to house owner

You will receive a refund of the deposit paid only in these cases:

1. cancellation at least 2 months before check-in (in this case we will keep a fee for refund transaction)
2. The booked accommodation is not available when you arrive (in this case the transaction fee will be charged to us and we will investigate house’s owner about the incident)

In case you do not receive our communications after booking please make sure that the mail are not in spam.

IN SOME PERIODS OF THE YEAR (JULY, AUGUST AND HOLIDAYS ‘) HOUSES CAN BOOK MINIMUM FOR PERIODS OF ONE WEEK
