Built in 1912, in wood, destroyed by a tornado and rebuilt in 1944 with the current structure. In 2008 restored and improved.
It is a house that “breathes” because it has no other houses nearby. The front garden and the patio behind it make it a small island in the green.
It is located in the department of Santos Suarez, 10 minutes from the city center.
The house has an apartment consisting of a room with living and sleeping area. The sleeping area has a double bed and a sofa bed for a third (and even fourth person), built-in wardrobe and bathroom. The living area has a table with chairs and an equipped kitchenette, with electric stove, microwave, electric coffee maker and toaster. There is air conditioning (split) and hot water, an iron and a hairdryer.

Outside, in the garden, a large covered pergola with table and chairs for breakfast or relaxation, and the entire garden is available to rest or let the children play. As soon as the weather is stable and very hot (April – May) there is a small removable pool of 4 meters. x 2 meters. to be able to refresh.

Entrance to the apartment is independent of the house. It can be accessed with a wheelchair.
